TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Minimum order is £100 at cost which includes free delivery. A carriage charge of £10 will be applied if the minimum order is not met.
2. Discount is 40% off our special price
3. Stock supplied by us to you will remain our property until the invoice has been paid in full, although the risk therein shall pass to you the customer, on delivery.
4. Invoices are to be paid within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise stated.
5. Payments can be made via bank transfer or cheque. Bank details and business address will appear on all invoices.
6. We do not record back orders except with agreement of the customer.
7. We only ship to Mainland UK
8. Orders are usually despatched within 2-3 days
9. All books are sold on a firm sale basis and cannot be returned unless faulty.
10. Shortages and damages must be reported to Hardwick Books within 7 days of receipt of your order.
